Mitt Romney Discussing Mormonism With Judy Woodruff, On The "Charlie Rose Show."

(I used this picture, because AS SOON AS Judy Woodruff brought up Mormonism, Mitt had to reach up and adjust his collar. I guess it got a little tight there, eh Mitt? Also, has anyone else noticed the nasty little patronizing smirk he gets on his face, whenever he's asked about Mormonism? Man that's annoying and says a lot!! You'll see when you watch the video.)



This video was originally in my YouTube videos but got deleted by Youtube after a supposed complaint by the "Charlie Rose Show." It was probably Daniel C. Peterson though, as he really hates me, is following everything I do and made a complaint against me, ironically, at the same exact time, for the 20 second clip I posted of him from "The More Good Foundation", where he makes a complete ass of himself.

Also, at that same exact time, BYU, where Danny boy works for free, both teaching and for FARMS(since he says that the Mormon cult doesn't pay him), BYU emailed me, asking me to remove the damning Robert Millet video of how to deal with anti-Mormons. I seriously doubt the Charlie Rose show would give a shit, as the video is available for free on Google in its entirety, and was used by me for "educational purposes" and "news" and is clearly covered under the Fair-Use copyright provisions.

In any case, someone was nice enough to post this video elsewhere, so I thought I'd share it with all of you here, along with the description that I had written for this video and all of the comments that suddenly got deleted, as some people had some great things to say. Let's just say the comments on both sides are very enlightening, especially the so called TBMS. They are always so Christlike, loving and compassionate.

Here is my description of the video and then following that, are the 175 comments and I look forward to more comments:

This is a small clip of an interview that Mitt Romney did with Judy Woodruff(no relation to Wilford-I don't think), on the Charlie Rose show.

Judy Woodruff brought up some great questions and I was quite shocked to hear Mitt Romney say:

"the most unusual thing in my church is that we believe there was once a flood upon the earth and that a man took a boat and put 2 of each animal inside the boat and saved humanity by doing that." Really Mitt?

That's the most unusual thing about Mormonism? No mention of your holy, sacred underwear? No mention of Adam-God, Polygamy, temple death oaths, naked touching, God the Father having physical sex with Mary, Blood Atonement, Mountain Meadows Massacre, the Mark Hoffman scandal, child brides, marrying other men's wives, marrying other men's pregnant wives(all behind your wives back), homicidal angels with flaming swords, the racism against blacks until 1978(with no apologies or retractions to this day), the continued discouragement of any interracial marriages, their anti-gay, homophobic stance, their fear of anyone that masturbates and how any moral transgression is next to death, and that you are literally "better off dead than immoral".......and on and on and on. Noah's ark? WTF? You've gotta be kidding me right?

The most classic line spoken by Mitt, was when Judy asked about Jesus returning to Missouri and God having a Material body and that he was Fathered by another God, and he said:

"Well, there's a leap of faith associated with every religion; you haven't exactly got those doctrines right, but if you have doctrines you want to talk about, go talk to the church(laughing), because that's not my job."

Mormonism, a leap of faith? How about a giant leap into the twilight zone Mitt, because it is the "one and only true twilight zone on earth?" In order to be Mormon, you either have to be indoctrinated and brainwashed(and lied to) from birth, or lied to and deceived as an adult. Very few people would ever join the Mormon cult if they knew the truth.

If the Mormon missionaries told the truth right out of the gate, about everything upfront(which the majority of them don't even know about), you might get a few thousand fools a year that would still join and within a several decades, it would almost cease to exist at all.

Lies, deceit, fraud, control and brainwashing/indoctrination is what keeps it going, even as the number of converts is steadily dropping.


On top of that, the number that are leaving the Mormon cult is increasing steadily every year. Within the next few years, expect to see more leaving each year, than joining, as the gap is narrowing and getting pretty close now.

Mitt Romney then says that he's “happy to talk about his faith.” You are? Sure doesn't sound like it to me. I mean, come on, at least be honest and don't blatantly lie when asked specific questions that are right on the money Mitt.

When Mitt said, "you haven't exactly got those doctrines right", he either flat out lied to make himself and the Mormon church, look normal and mainstream or he isn't actually aware of those doctrines, which I don't believe for a second. If by some 1 in a zillion chance he doesn't know those basic and true doctrines of Mormonism, then he isn't worthy to be a Mormon, let a alone a President of a country. I mean come on, he's best buddies with Jeffrey Holland, the Mormon Apostle.

So, he flat out lied, by saying that "Noah's ark and the flood", was the "most unusual thing in my church" and then again, by saying that the 2 doctrines and teachings she mentioned, "weren't exactly right." She was very nice and gave him a pass when she could have destroyed him; but Mitt's a smooth talker, and as we just saw, can lie with the best of them, especially if the interviewer isn't strong in their knowledge of Mormonism.

I wasn't really leaning one way or the other on Mitt Romney, as he seems like a good guy, did a great job with the Olympics and appears to have done pretty well as the Governor of Massachusetts, but this interview showed me that he will do whatever it takes to look normal and make Mormonism look normal, even if he has to lie to the world to do it.

What's so wrong and offensive with the media trying to understand the Mormon cult and their bizarre, awful teachings and past, when he professes that "he's a true-believer" in said cult? Would nobody care if he was a Moonie, SDA or JW? Of course they would, because those are all CULTS.

I mean people should know that Mitt Romney has promised to give EVERYTHING he is or will ever be or have, to the Mormon cult, through an oath to God, which once included death penalties if he violated the covenants(I assume the blood oaths still apply to those of us that received them? Did the church ever officially rescind them and say that they didn't apply to those of us that went through before the 1990 changes?) I want a man dedicated to this country to be President, not someone that is dedicated to their stupid cult and so called Prophet and I think it's fair to grill him on this.

It's funny and ironic, isn't it, when he speaks of how running for President will be all about the “values he has”, when he just got done blatantly lying and deceiving Judy Woodruff and everyone watching?

It just appears that SamuelTheUtahnite has an axe to grind - that's usually what causes all of these Anti-LDS diatribes; Someone was ex-communicated, or someone got addicted to drugs or sex & porn and left the Church on their own. And Romney? I'm a card-carrying Republican and I'd vote for almost anyone BUT a mormon. He gave 10% of his income to one of the most racist organizations in this Country: The mormon church. Lies and secrecy? I've looked up one side and down the other for these things you are talking about. If we apply the same latitude to these modern day prophets as we do to those in lets say OT times we would walk away with a bit more understanding. It's easy in 2006 to call someone who's 30 a pedifile for marrying a 14 year old unless you look at legal ages of marriag in the 1830's which is as little as the age of 10 in at least one state.

Romney is impressive as a leader and communicator. He deftly dealt with an inane question. Post mid-term elections will begin a very interesting Prez race. Romney's charisma and the lack of an enticing conservative candidate should propel him to the front of the pack. He has the qualities a 21st century candidate needs; charm, movie-star looks, successful business resume, executive management of troubled orgs. And don't 'misunderestimate' the importance of eloquence in a post-Bush Presidency.

Of course Romney's Mormonism will be in issue; Kennedy raised it in '94. Massachusetts residents knew Romney well enough it wasn't much of an issue in '02. Unless you were a convert late in life, you did experience this. I found it awful then and even worse now, but I sadly went along with it, because I believed that the Mormon church was the "one and only true and living church on earth." Then again, why wouldn't the God of the Old Testament, want us to literally spill our blood for him, right? He loved it then, so why not now? If it wasn't animals being sacrificed, it was humans. For everyone reading these comments, I very highly suggest that you all go over to iTunes and not only listen to my podcasts(Mormon Truth and Mormon Truth Uncensored), but the "Robert Ingersoll Podcast." It may be scary for many to listen to this podcast, because it makes so much sense and debunks and explains 99.9% of the superstitious views we hold, but it is powerful and AWESOME!! For you Joe lovers out there; Joseph Smith didn't hold a candle to Robert Ingersoll and his knowledge, common sense and wisdom.

I know a little about human nature; something doesn't jive with you. There are a number of challenging bits of Mormon doctrine and history as there are with all religions. Everything that you post as being objectionable are things most Mormons know and if you were a 'faithful member for 30 years' as you claim, you also no doubt knew about Mt. A few years ago while on a biz trip to Phoenix I went to lunch with some guys from the office I was visiting. In the group was a Mormon and a Catholic and religion was a topic. In recent years, I've had deep conversations with friends as they've had their faith challenged and as some have chosen to leave the church. Previously I enjoyed playing the apologist role. I noticed a pattern with people as they chose to reject the faith. Almost always it is presented as a discovery of 'truth'. Often, upon a little examination, you discover that the 'truth' argument becomes convenient.

As I've watched friends and acquaintances accept the LDS faith and join in fellowship with other members, there never has been any bitterness with their previous faith, even though several of them left their previous places of worship. As John says, truth sets us free. One close friend said he could no longer believe, and he left the church. We remained friends afterward. He was honest in his belief and fundamentally remained the same person. There was no bitterness. He also felt free.

I firmly believe that when people are truly honest in their beliefs, they are happy and at peace with themselves. There is no bitterness. I contrast that with the individuals I've known who have conveniently 'discovered' fraudulent aspects of the LDS church, coincidentally at the same time they have other issues with the church. Garments are a lost Christian tradition

The Christians required special garments and priestly robes and vestments to be worn in the temple. Though most Christians today don't do temple worship anymore, doesn't mean some bigot Christian who's forgotten his oun foundations mock the a person's garments.

The garments are worn as a private 'reminder' that one has made covenants, and it is regarded as a 'form' of protection from 'Satan'. In a practical sense protection against temptation not any magical protection. I think you'd simply be less likely to break your temple covenants while you are wearing the garments, cause its like a string around your finger. You can find accounts of people believing they were miraculously protected physically and tributing the garments (the 60 Minutes show).

Ray, do you even know the history of garments in Mormonism? Joseph went to Emma and told her to get together with the relief society and make something they could wear. Emma and the relief society created garments and the temple clothes, not Joseph. They used to go to the wrist and ankle, weren't available in two pieces, rather just the one piece with the shit flap in the back, a collar, strings, etc. But yeah, it came from God, in a direct revelation and he didn't even know how to make them?

I was clearly pointing out, that according to past Prophets and Apostles, that garments were not even created by Joseph Smith, had no set or divine origins for their design or purpose. In fact, they were only worn by polygamists to distinguish them from the "normal folks" and not worn by women at all, in the beginning. Garments clearly do nothing to protect anyone, spiritually or physically, as they claim they do. If they do protect anyone, it's only psychological.

The fact is, Joseph removed his garments and ordered all of those with him, to also remove theirs. I believe Hyrum did, but John Taylor did not and neither did Willard Richards, who both declined. Both lived, with Willard Richards completely unharmed, and John Taylor surviving the gunshots, which is where the myth about protecting you physically or from bullets, came from. But why would Joseph really remove his garments and order all others to do the same thing and why did they decline? Interesting, isn't it? Maybe their belief in the church or garments was stronger than Joseph's, because after all, he was THE ONE, that knew it was all bullshit.

September Dawn, A Movie About The Mormon's "Mountain Meadows Massacre", Set For Release On May 4, 2007-Should Make Hinckley's Ass A Little tighter!!

The
Mountain Meadows massacre was one of the darkest and most senseless, tragic days in Mormon and US history. It was also one of the most deadly terrorist attacks of innocents, on American soil, until the Oklahoma City bombing. This movie "September Dawn" is supposed to tell this story.

At least 120 or more innocent men, women and children, were brutally slaughtered, at the command of Brigham Young, the then Mormon Prophet, Seer, Revelator and God, who is honored today with a university named after him(BYU), where I once attended(which I'm embarrassed to admit now) and a statue in Salt Lake along with many other honors.

Oh yeah and you can also take guided missionary tours of his
"Beehive house" and hear all the lies about what a great man he was. Mike and Hyrum from "The Church Is Not True" did a podcast of a tour through the Beehive house and exposed the lies that the missionaries are taught to tell everyone on a daily basis.

Brigham Young knew exactly what was happening in Mountain Meadows that day, because he planned the whole thing and ordered them to trick everybody, gain their trust, disarm them and then kill and slaughter everyone, including any children over the age of 8, because they were no longer innocent, since the Mormon age for baptism is 8 years old.

One little girl that was around 11, was put in the wagon with the younger kids, to watch the slaughter. When they were done killing everyone, including her family, they asked her how old she was, since she was bigger than the other kids. She told them the truth, and they asked her to get out of the wagon and they then shot her point blank in the head, right in front of the other kids.

John D. Lee was the leader of the actual attacks and the main trigger-man, and also the best buddy/right-hand man of Brigham Young(and also a member of Briggies prestigious council of 50), as he was also sealed to Brigham Young in the temple, like a husband and wife would be sealed today. Yeah, they did that back then, trying to make the perfect chain back to Adam. Hmm...when did that revelation change? Are all of the current Apostles and Seventies sealed to each other? Maybe it's just for the "in crowd" and not for the lowly peons and regular members?

Brigham Young of course claimed complete innocence and that he knew nothing about it, but later personally went to the site and tore down the makeshift monument that the US government had put up to honor the victims. Hmm...an innocent man pissed off at a monument honoring the dead victims, but he had nothing to do with it? Yeah, that makes sense!!

Maybe it was the words the Government put on the monument(a wooden cross on which Maj. Carleton inscribed "Vengeance is mine: I will repay, saith the Lord."), about what would happen to the man who had ordered these innocents to be killed. I guess it hit a little too close to home for Brigham Young, the mastermind of Mountain Meadows Massacre and that is why he and his men tore it down and destroyed it.

Maj. Carleton, in his report to Congress, describes the scene at Mountain Meadows:


"women's hair caught in sage bushes, children's bones found in their mothers' arms, and wolves picking at the bones. It was, he wrote, 'a sight which can never be forgotten.'"

So, what did the Mormon Hierarchy do? On April 20 1961, the LDS Church's First Presidency, posthumously reinstated John D. Lee's church membership and "former blessings", meaning temple blessings. In other words, all was forgotten and forgiven and all of those people that he executed, many shot point blank in the head, under the direct order and planning of Brigham Young, meant nothing.

Wait, doesn't the D&C say that
murder is the unpardonable sin? What about mass murder? Isn't it just wonderful? Actually no, it isn't, it's F'd up hardcore, just like the Mormon cult and all of you that know the "real truth" and still defend it!!

When Hinckley went to Mountain Meadows on Sept 11, 1999, for the dedication of a rebuilt monument to supposedly bring closure and healing, he said:

"That which we have done here must never be construed as an acknowledgment of the part of the church of any complicity in the occurrences of that fateful day." The line was inserted into his speech on the advice of attorneys for the Corporation of the President of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints."(The Salt Lake Tribune, March 14, 2000-by Christopher Smith)

That doesn't sound like a contrite, sincere man that wanted forgiveness or that wanted to create healing, does it? The truth is, that the Mormon church will never be able to admit fault in the Mountain Meadows massacre, because A) it would mean that Brigham Young wasn't a Prophet, therefore the church is false and B)can you imagine the cost of the wrongful death suits that would be filed, one after another? Not to mention the PR disaster that would just get worse than it already is.

Hinckley also said:

"All who knew firsthand about what occurred here are long since gone. Let the book of the past be closed. Let peace come into our hearts."

and

"No one can explain what happened in these meadows 142 years ago. We may speculate, but we do not know. We do not understand it. We cannot comprehend it. We can only say that the past is long since gone."

Once again, the Prophet Hinckley pretending to not have a clue about something, that he knows everything about. Amazing how little the Mormon "Prophet, Seer and Revelator" really professes to know, isn't it?

Here's a video of Hinckley contradicting himself and talking about how important the past is, and "to always look to the past" and "how it gives us strength", along with other clips of him then talking about how we should "let the book of the past be closed"(Hmm-I wonder why?) when he spoke at Mountain Meadows in 1999:



Did you notice how emotional he was when talking about the Mormon pioneers and how he showed no emotion when talking about the victims of the Mountain Massacre? So, when it comes to the Mountain Meadows Massacre, or blacks and the Priesthood and their teachings on racism or polygamy, it's all in the past, and they are "little flicks of history", etc, etc, but when it comes to something "faith promoting", we should "always look to the past."

So which is it Hinckley and all you TBMS out there? Should we focus on the past and always look to the past, that always gives us strength, or should we close the book on the past and the little flicks of history? You can't have it both ways!! Either the book is open both ways or shut both ways.

I really hope that this movie will help bring the tragedy of Mountain Meadows and who was responsible, to the attention of the world. From this preview, "September Dawn" looks like it will do this and appears to have nothing to do with the fluff piece that was written in the Deseret News in August of 2005.

I don't know if the project changed when they discovered how horrific it really was and who was really behind it, but it appears to be much more than a Titanic like love story. I just hope that this preview is a true reflection of the movie.


Oh, by the way, whatever happened to that official book(using new sources that nobody had ever seen before) the Mormon church was writing 4 years ago, with the help of Richard Turley, Glen Leonard and Ronald Walker, that was supposed to be entitled "Tragedy at Mountain Meadows?" Is it still in progress or just laying in the closet with all the other skeletons?

In any case, the Mountain Meadows Massacre is just another horrific skeleton in the Mormon Hierarchy's closet full of skeletons, that reminds us all, just what this cult really stands for, has always stood for and will always stand for; corruption, lying, deceit, destruction and yes, even brutal murder of innocent men, women and children, in the name of God and blood atonement. Will the Mormon Hierarchy ever take responsibility for any of their sins?

The answer sadly is no, because they answer to no one, but their own fabricated God and Jesus(who are now more interested in buying and building malls and luxury resorts and re-designing downtowns) and there are no checks and balances to hold them accountable.

And that's why they call it a cult folks!!

(See if you guys, in this part 5, can keep straight and keep track of who is who and of all the different Gods and Godheads? LOL!! I admire John for hanging with her, as she rattled off this God and that God and who is our God and where he lived, where he went, what kind of body he had, that he didn't know he was God, etc.

I have to listen to it again to see if I can understand more clearly what she's talking about, as I must be tired.{I just took an Advil} I wonder how she would explain the very first God? Was he just always God or was he just a man too and somehow became a God on his own? I think Cognitive dissonance may be the only way to fully understand her.)

As soon as part 5 is out, I will post it here on this thread. This interview is really awesome guys!! It's so refreshing to actually hear a true believing Mormon "HONESTLY" speak about the Mormon church's "true history" and that is exactly what Anne B. Wilde(and John Dehlin) does in this interview(Hinckley could take a lesson). She isn't trying to make excuses for it, or claim that it never happened or that they "were just men", etc, rather just saying it like it is and was.

All TBMS everywhere could learn a lot from Anne and I certainly hope they do!! I mean come on guys, those of you that call me and all ex-Mormons liars, frauds and so on; is Anne just making it all up too? Is she a fraud? Is she a liar? Of course she isn't lying, as she is a real "True Believing Mormon" that follows the "true doctrines and teachings of Joseph Smith, unlike the church today, that won't even talk about such things and calls those of us who do, anti-Mormons, disease germs(Packer), liars or in Anne's case; "a fundamentalist", who has never had anything whatsoever to do with the Mormon church, and who is excommunicated for her beliefs(that Joseph Smith taught of course).

I of course don't agree with her beliefs and I personally find polygamy to be disgusting, as most of you know, but I certainly admire her courage on talking about it openly and not acting like the Mormon apologists(like Daniel C. Peterson or Jeff Lindsay) of today that try to justify, rationalize and explain away all of it, like it never happened, all the journals are fabricated by antis, etc.

Thanks John for doing this interview and I still don't understand(and never will) how you are able to "put it all on the shelf", as if it doesn't matter or affect the church today or your testimony, but to each their own and I'm just glad that you're back, doing what you do, exposing the "real truth" of Mormonism's history and teachings.

Martin Luther King Jr: "I Have A Dream." Too bad the Mormon Hierarchy Never Had that Dream And Never Will!!



I am happy to join with you today in what will go down in history as the greatest demonstration for freedom in the history of our nation.

Five score years ago, a great American, in whose symbolic shadow we stand today, signed the Emancipation Proclamation. This momentous decree came as a great beacon light of hope to millions of Negro slaves who had been seared in the flames of withering injustice. It came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of their captivity.

But one hundred years later, the Negro still is not free. One hundred years later, the life of the Negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. One hundred years later, the Negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. One hundred years later, the Negro is still languished in the corners of American society and finds himself an exile in his own land. And so we've come here today to dramatize a shameful condition.

In a sense we've come to our nation's capital to cash a check. When the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every American was to fall heir. This note was a promise that all men, yes, black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the "unalienable Rights" of "Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness." It is obvious today that America has defaulted on this promissory note, insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. Instead of honoring this sacred obligation, America has given the Negro people a bad check, a check which has come back marked "insufficient funds."

But we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. We refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation. And so, we've come to cash this check, a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.

We have also come to this hallowed spot to remind America of the fierce urgency of Now. This is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. Now is the time to make real the promises of democracy. Now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. Now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood. Now is the time to make justice a reality for all of God's children.

It would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment. This sweltering summer of the Negro's legitimate discontent will not pass until there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. Nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning. And those who hope that the Negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to business as usual. And there will be neither rest nor tranquility in America until the Negro is granted his citizenship rights. The whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.

But there is something that I must say to my people, who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice: In the process of gaining our rightful place, we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. Let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterness and hatred. We must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. We must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. Again and again, we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force.

The marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the Negro community must not lead us to a distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny. And they have come to realize that their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom.

We cannot walk alone.

And as we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall always march ahead.

We cannot turn back.

There are those who are asking the devotees of civil rights, "When will you be satisfied?" We can never be satisfied as long as the Negro is the victim of the unspeakable horrors of police brutality. We can never be satisfied as long as our bodies, heavy with the fatigue of travel, cannot gain lodging in the motels of the highways and the hotels of the cities. *We cannot be satisfied as long as the Negro's basic mobility is from a smaller ghetto to a larger one. We can never be satisfied as long as our children are stripped of their self-hood and robbed of their dignity by a sign stating: "For Whites Only."* We cannot be satisfied as long as a Negro in Mississippi cannot vote and a Negro in New York believes he has nothing for which to vote. No, no, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until "justice rolls down like waters, and righteousness like a mighty stream."

I am not unmindful that some of you have come here out of great trials and tribulations. Some of you have come fresh from narrow jail cells. And some of you have come from areas where your quest -- quest for freedom left you battered by the storms of persecution and staggered by the winds of police brutality. You have been the veterans of creative suffering. Continue to work with the faith that unearned suffering is redemptive. Go back to Mississippi, go back to Alabama, go back to South Carolina, go back to Georgia, go back to Louisiana, go back to the slums and ghettos of our northern cities, knowing that somehow this situation can and will be changed.

Let us not wallow in the valley of despair, I say to you today, my friends.

And so even though we face the difficulties of today and tomorrow, I still have a dream. It is a dream deeply rooted in the American dream.

I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal."

I have a dream that one day on the red hills of Georgia, the sons of former slaves and the sons of former slave owners will be able to sit down together at the table of brotherhood.

I have a dream that one day even the state of Mississippi, a state sweltering with the heat of injustice, sweltering with the heat of oppression, will be transformed into an oasis of freedom and justice.

I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.

I have a dream today!

I have a dream that one day, down in Alabama, with its vicious racists, with its governor having his lips dripping with the words of "interposition" and "nullification" -- one day right there in Alabama little black boys and black girls will be able to join hands with little white boys and white girls as sisters and brothers.

I have a dream today!

I have a dream that one day every valley shall be exalted, and every hill and mountain shall be made low, the rough places will be made plain, and the crooked places will be made straight; "and the glory of the Lord shall be revealed and all flesh shall see it together."²

This is our hope, and this is the faith that I go back to the South with.

With this faith, we will be able to hew out of the mountain of despair a stone of hope. With this faith, we will be able to transform the jangling discords of our nation into a beautiful symphony of brotherhood. With this faith, we will be able to work together, to pray together, to struggle together, to go to jail together, to stand up for freedom together, knowing that we will be free one day.

And this will be the day -- this will be the day when all of God's children will be able to sing with new meaning:

My country 'tis of thee, sweet land of liberty, of thee I sing.

Land where my fathers died, land of the Pilgrim's pride,

From every mountainside, let freedom ring!

And if America is to be a great nation, this must become true.

And so let freedom ring from the prodigious hilltops of New Hampshire.

Let freedom ring from the mighty mountains of New York.

Let freedom ring from the heightening Alleghenies of Pennsylvania.

Let freedom ring from the snow-capped Rockies of Colorado.

Let freedom ring from the curvaceous slopes of California.

But not only that:

Let freedom ring from Stone Mountain of Georgia.

Let freedom ring from Lookout Mountain of Tennessee.

Let freedom ring from every hill and molehill of Mississippi.

From every mountainside, let freedom ring.

And when this happens, when we allow freedom ring, when we let it ring from every village and every hamlet, from every state and every city, we will be able to speed up that day when all of God's children, black men and white men, Jews and Gentiles, Protestants and Catholics, will be able to join hands and sing in the words of the old Negro spiritual:

Free at last! Free at last!

Thank God Almighty, we are free at last!

I just felt that I needed to post this, to hopefully help others out there to see and understand that racism is wrong and despicable, especially the TBMS that defend the racism of Mormonism. Martin Luther King Jr. was an amazing man that took on the world to earn equality for the black people. Utah is a very racist state and was of course the last state out of 50, to make Martin Luther King Jr. day an official holiday.

It's also no coincidence that a majority Mormon state would not want to celebrate "Martin Luther King Jr. day, is it? In fact, the Legislature still starts their session every year on Martin Luther King Jr. day, because they really don't give a damn and I guess they want the world to know it. They have drawn strong criticism from around the country, from civil rights groups for doing it, but stand strong and refuse to change it.


Also, it should be noted that their isn't one black man in the legislature of Utah and that should come as no surprise and also help explain why they always meet on the Martin Luther King Holiday. It also explains why they can change the Constitution so that businesses don't have to pay taxes on office furniture, for example, but why they won't change the day they begin meeting for the new year. Just more typical racism and racist attitudes in predominantly Mormon and very white Utah.

The roots of Utah and its founders(Brigham Young and his racist cronies) are deeply based on racism that still exists today within the current Mormon Hierarchy, especially Hinckley, who calls the past racist teachings of Mormonism to be "little flicks of history and in the past." Then he usually goes off on some tangent about how he's been to Africa and how we are teaching "them" and that they(the blacks) are even leading their own congregations, etc.

Oh, does he think that they're incapable and below him(a Caucasian man) or something? Of course he does and that's why he won't even call any black men to be a Seventy or an Apostle, as he hasn't called even ONE black man, on his watch, to be a Mormon General Authority, but did release(6 months after taking over as Prophet) the only black General Authority the Mormon church has ever had, Helvécio Martins .


I guess they are all either unworthy or incapable right? Of course the TBMS will say it's God making the call, not Hinckley and that would explain why Richard Hinckley was called to be a Seventy and then Gordon was so afraid of nepotism, right? Wake up TBMS, as God has NOTHING to do with it and it's so damn obvious!!

If God can give the revelation of a calling or a revelation as to whether someone is masturbating, to a Bishop, Stake President or Mission President or reveal to Hinckley how many earrings a woman can wear in her ears, then surely he could have told the Prophet that the Seventy George P. Lee was sexually molesting a little girl, right? Oh, wait, we have our free agency and they claim that God can't ever intervene(unless it's for a WORTHY Mormon or the 116 pages that disappeared, etc, etc) and has to let the rapists, pedophiles, child molesters and murderers do their thing, because it's all part of God's grand plan. Yeah, some damn plan!!


Maybe someday when or if they or a loved one are a victim, and I sincerely hope that nobody is; they might feel differently? Too bad somebody has to be victimized in order to understand and be compassionate to those that have already experienced something terrible. We obviously can't understand fully what someone has experienced, when we haven't been through it ourselves; but we can at least show love, understanding, compassion and not be an arrogant, Mormon, TBM hard-ass about it, right TBMS? But then again, the church has to be true, at any cost, right?

The bottom line is that the Mormon church and its hierarchy, believe in and worship a racist God, especially against the "cursed blacks", with very racist leaders that support said God and his racist teachings. They always refer back to the 1978 so called "revelation from God", when blacks finally got the Priesthood, meaning that it wasn't their decision, rather God's decision to grant blacks the Priesthood. They talk about how blacks never had the Priesthood ever, from the beginning of time, until God graciously gave it to them, through the Mormon church, in 1978, like they want a prize or something.


Also, with the announcement of the priesthood revelation in the June 17, 1978, edition of the LDS Church News, their continuing prejudice was again made clear in an article headlined "Interracial Marriage Discouraged", that included 3 quotes from President/Prophet Kimball, supporting that headline.(Some also say that the ultra-racist Apostle Mark E. Peterson was behind that article.) So even though they had given blacks the Priesthood and had officially lifted the ban on blacks marrying whites, albeit reluctantly, they wanted everyone to know that it was still "discouraged."

Martin Luther King's speech was given on April 28, 1963, and it would be another 15 years before Mormons would decide, very reluctantly, to include blacks in their church and special circle. I find it appalling and then to hear Hinckley play it off, as if it was nothing and just a "little flick of history and in the past", makes me sick.

In more recent times,
Darron Smith wrote a book called "Black and Mormon", which is ironically still sold at Deseret Bookstore, which is Jesus' bookstore, which is run and owned by the Mormon Hierarchy and Sheri Dew, Hinckley's personal biographer and gal pal; yet they fired Darron Smith from BYU for writing the book and speaking out against the past racist teachings of Mormonism, which the Mormon Hierarchy refuse to repudiate or even apologize for.

Then Hinckley comes out in the April 2006 Priesthood session of general conference, absolutely baffled, shocked and amazed, as to where all the racism comes from and why people think Mormons are racist or have taught racist things in the past, right after firing Darron Smith and having been asked repeatedly in interviews about said racism. He said that he thought it was all resolved in 1978. In other words, they thought that after 1978, they were "off the hook" and would never have to deal with or explain their racist attitudes again and that all was well in Zion fantasyland.

What the church never tells anyone, is how they were absolutely, eventually, going to lose their tax exempt status and that there were rallies all over the country against the Mormon church, especially at sporting events, like a wrestling match in Colorado. Also, many teams, like Stanford for example, had refused to play BYU and many other teams were going to join in the boycott, due to the racist teachings and beliefs of Mormonism.

Oh, and let's not forget about all the people in Brazil, that were getting baptized and later discovered to have black blood in them...oh no!! Their was mass panic in the church office building as the missionaries were instructed not to even teach or baptize black people at all. Also, they were building temples in Brazil and hardly anybody was going to be able to go into them, after helping to build them, both monetarily and physically.

Those are some of the real reasons that the Mormon church finally caved and gave blacks the Priesthood and it certainly had nothing to do with any God, divine revelations or overcoming their racist attitudes, that still have not changed one iota, in my opinion.

Also, the one question that I've asked repeatedly and that I can't get any Mormon or anybody for that matter to answer and to which I've not found an answer anywhere; is why were black women also banned from the Mormon temple, when women can't have the Priesthood and it wasn't a Priesthood issue for them? Anybody know?

In fact, if you read the declaration in the D&C, that I linked to above, it says nothing about black women at all. It says, "This, in turn, has inspired us with a desire to extend to EVERY WORTHY MEMBER of the Church all of the privileges and blessings which the gospel affords."

So, it seems that right there, they were basically admitting that it wasn't just the black men that were affected, but that there were others too, that weren't defined, right? I mean we know that it was just the black race and nobody else, so why be so damn vague? Anybody know of any other race, nationality or skin color that was banned from the temple?

It didn't matter if you were Mexican or Indian or any other race with a darker skin, rather it only mattered if you were black, period. In fact, the Indians were celebrated as Lamanites that had basically repented when joining the church and told how their skin color would change to a lighter color, due to their worthiness and conversion to Mormonism.

However, further down in the declaration, it is specific regarding men at least and it says, "He has heard our prayers, and by revelation has confirmed that the long-promised day has come when EVERY FAITHFUL, WORTHY MAN IN THE CHURCH MAY RECEIVE THE HOLY PRIESTHOOD, WITH POWER TO EXERCISE ITS DIVINE AUTHORITY, AND ENJOY WITH HIS LOVED ONES EVERY BLESSING THAT FLOWS THEREFROM, INCLUDING THE BLESSINGS OF THE TEMPLE. Accordingly, all worthy male members of the Church may be ordained to the priesthood without regard for race or color."

Again, never any mention of the black men specifically, when they were the only ones that were banned from the Priesthood. Amazing isn't it?

So, I'll ask again; why were black women banned from the temple? Is there any Mormon doctrine or anything official on that? I mean, I know that it was just because they had black skin and were cursed by the Mormon God from the pre-existence for being less valiant and compassionate toward Satan, and barely choosing Jesus' plan, but what is the Mormon explanation, for banning innocent, Priesthood-less black women from entering "Jesus' holy house?" My guess is that they won't answer that question ever, because the only answer is that they were racists, plain and simple.

Now, in reference to the Indians/Lamanites skin turning lighter; I don't know about you guys, but the following words and horrific, blatant racism from Spencer W. Kimball, just really make me feel physically ill and sick to my stomach. And then we have dumbass, lying Hinckley, who wonders where the racism comes from? Is there any doubt that this white run, male dominated, sexist, racist, homophobic corporation has always felt superior, to any other race?

Spencer W. Kimball said, in the October 1960 General Conference:

The day of the Lamanites is nigh. For years they have been growing delightsome, and they are now becoming white and delightsome, as they were promised. In this picture of the twenty Lamanite missionaries, fifteen of the twenty were as light as Anglos; five were darker but equally delightsome. The children in the home placement program in Utah are often lighter than their brothers and sisters in the hogans on the reservation.

At one meeting a father and mother and their sixteen-year-old daughter were present, the little member girl-sixteen-sitting between the dark father and mother, and it was evident she was several shades lighter than her parents-on the same reservation, in the same hogan, subject to the same sun and wind and weather. There was the doctor in a Utah city who for two years had had an Indian boy in his home who stated that he was some shades lighter than the younger brother just coming into the program from the reservation. These young members of the Church are changing to whiteness and to delightsomeness. One white elder jokingly said that he and his companion were donating blood regularly to the hospital in the hope that the process might be accelerated.(General Conference Report, October, 1960)

Well everyone, I hope that you all got a chance to watch this great speech by this great man, Martin Luther King Jr. and I hope that all you racist Mormon TBMS out there(and there are plenty, especially in Utah and in the great and spacious church office building), will finally, once and for all, condemn the racist teachings and attitudes of Mormonism, that have existed since the church was officially founded, based on the racist Book of Mormon. Please, I beg of you, to quit defending, justifying and rationalizing the horrific hateful and racist teachings of Mormonism, because doing that makes you a racist.

Is the Mormon Church Racist Or Is It God?

Gordon B. Hinckley, Mormon Prophet Of God, Makes It Crystal Clear, That Brigham Young And Many Others, Weren't Prophets Of God!!Is He Being Sincere?!!

Hinckley: "I remind you that no man who makes disparaging remarks concerning those of another race can consider himself a true disciple of Christ."

Boyd K. Packer, Current Mormon Apostle, Says, "Plan, Young People, To Marry Into Your Own Race." "Mexican Members To Marry Mexicans, Etc, Etc.......

Just remember everyone, that if Mormonism had done things they way they wanted to and weren't interfered with by the laws of the land, created by the "evil" Gentiles, they'd still be polygamists, marrying child-brides(See Warren Jeffs-the modern day Joseph Smith) and blacks still wouldn't have the Priesthood today as I write this.

Their true feelings haven't changed at all on these matters, just their outward actions, due to the laws and social pressures that now exist. This clearly explains why they refuse to admit fault, repudiate or even acknowledge and apologize for these awful things and never will.

A Magical Tribute To Joseph Smith, Thanks To South Park And Joe's Famous "Head In The Hat Trick" Method Of "Translating" The Book Of Mormon!!



Hey everyone; here is a video I created, the week before Christmas and I just wanted to share it with you, along with my comments. I thought we could all use a good laugh, with so many other serious issues on the table. Enjoy Everyone!!



Here are my comments:

This is a magical tribute to Joseph Smith, the founder and so called "Prophet" of the Mormon church.

With Smithmas(for the Smithians), I mean Christmas, just around the corner, I was feeling very charitable; so I created this tribute with the help of "South Park" and the group "Tag Team", along with a very strong emphasis on Joseph Smith's ridiculous "head in the hat" trick, which he used exclusively to "translate"(fabricate) The Book of Mormon.

Anyone ever see the picture, sold at Jesus' Deseret bookstore, with Joseph Smith sitting at a table, looking at the plates and translating them? I covered this here on my blog in 2005. It's complete bullshit!! I had the damn picture hanging on my wall for 2 years during my mission. Doh!!

Enjoy everyone and forward it on to someone else!! The more people that learn this is how he really translated The Book of Mormon, the merrier.

Here are some descriptions below, that prove how he did it and why it was impossible for him to have made the countless mistakes and errors, including numerous spelling errors and confusion on who god was, which are well documented and near 4,000 in total.

Current Mormon Apostle Russell M. Nelson, in His Talk "A Treasured Testament", given June 25, 1992, at a seminar for new mission presidents, Missionary Training Center, Provo, Utah, said the following:

The details of this miraculous method of translation are still not fully known. Yet we do have a few precious insights. David Whitmer wrote:

"Joseph Smith would put the seer stone into a hat, and put his face in the hat, drawing it closely around his face to exclude the light; and in the darkness the spiritual light would shine. A piece of something resembling parchment would appear, and on that appeared the writing. One character at a time would appear, and under it was the interpretation in English. Brother Joseph would read off the English to Oliver Cowdery, who was his principal scribe, and when it was written down and repeated to Brother Joseph to see if it was correct, then it would disappear, and another character with the interpretation would appear. Thus the Book of Mormon was translated by the gift and power of God, and not by any power of man." (David Whitmer, An Address to All Believers in Christ, Richmond, Mo.: n.p., 1887, p. 12.)

Emma Smith, who acted as an earlier scribe for Joseph, gave this account in 1856:
"When my husband was translating the Book of Mormon, I wrote a part of it, as he dictated each sentence, word for word, and when he came to proper names he could not pronounce, or long words, he spelled them out, and while I was writing them, if I made any mistake in spelling, he would stop me and correct my spelling although it was impossible for him to see how I was writing them down at the time. Even the word Sarah he could not pronounce at first, but had to spell it, and I would pronounce it for him.

"When he stopped for any purpose at any time he would, when he commenced again, begin where he left off without any hesitation, and one time while he was translating he stopped suddenly, pale as a sheet, and said, 'Emma, did Jerusalem have walls around it?' When I answered, 'Yes,' he replied, 'Oh! [I didn't know.] I was afraid I had been deceived.' He had such a limited knowledge of history at that time that he did not even know that Jerusalem was surrounded by walls." (Edmund C. Briggs, "A Visit to Nauvoo in 1856," Journal of History, Jan. 1916, p. 454.)

On another occasion, Emma Smith recorded:

"The plates often lay on the table without any attempt at concealment, wrapped in a small linen tablecloth, which I had given him to fold them in. I once felt of the plates as they thus lay on the table, tracing their outline and shape. They seemed to be pliable like thick paper, and would rustle with a metallic sound when the edges were moved by the thumb, as one does sometimes thumb the edges of a book." ("Last Testimony of Sister Emma," Saints' Herald, 1 Oct. 1879, p. 290; spelling modernized.)

So, "the plates often lay on the table without any attempt at concealment, wrapped in a small linen tablecloth." So were they "wrapped and concealed by a tablecloth" or "not concealed at all?" That sentence completely contradicts itself, but hey, that's Mormonism for you; one contradiction after another!!

Mormon Molly Jolley, States That "The Work Must Go On", Despite Two Sister Missionaries Being Brutally Raped For Hours. She's a Ballard Disciple!!


I've already covered this issue pretty extensively on my Mormon Truth Uncensored Podcast #3 and you can all go read what I wrote and listen to the podcast if you want to. But here is the actual video of Molly "Mormon" Jolley and her ridiculous, insensitive comments.

I wanted everyone to actually see the expression on her face and the glazed over eyes, including the smile(as shown above) before she began spewing her BS.




The quotes that stand out to me, from both Brock Jolley, the mission President and his daughter, Molly Jolley, are the following:

Brock Jolley:

"The two 'sisters' voluntarily gave up 18 months of their lives to make a difference in this country. Now, they're getting the best care money can buy. When this is over, THEY PLAN TO REMAIN IN SOUTH AFRICA AND COMPLETE THEIR MISSIONARY WORK."

So, Mr. Danny Brock, pathetic mission president, of Bountiful Utah, wanted to make sure that everyone knew that these two sisters, despite being gang raped, most likely at gun and knife point, for as long as 2 hours, robbed and one of them shot in the stomach; "plan to remain in South Africa and complete their missionary work." Are you serious Danny?

Any plans for psychological counseling and physically healing, or just back to the same streets where they got raped, ASAP, to search for more future tithe payers?!! "When this is over?" What does that mean exactly? Physically? Mentally? Or, just when they are released from the hospital...no excuses right? Don't drag the mission down girls, because like Hinckley says, "if you were living the rules, you'll never get sick or have bad things happen."

I mean hey, they work directly for Jesus Christ and if they have enough faith in Jesus, they will be given the strength to hit those same streets quickly, as if nothing even happened, right? It's just pathetic!!

He also wanted to reassure everyone how safe the area was, and what a safe time of day it was, in order to cover his own ass, along with the Mormon Church Hierarchy's collective ass, when he said the following:

"They were walking alongside a busy road (the old Harding highway), which they knew well. Moreover, it was one of the busiest times of the day with cars whizzing past. Safer than that, you would not get."

Yeah, well apparently not safe enough, because, if you didn't notice BROCK, THEY WERE "GANG RAPED AT KNIFE POINT FOR 2 HOURS OR LONGER" AND "ONE OF THEM WAS SHOT." Hello, anything going on in that TBM, BRAINWASHED brain of yours?

Also, his guarantee and that of his daughter, about how safe the area was, certainly doesn't jive with any reality or truth whatsoever and the stats that they explained in this news story, about the horrific crime rates in South Africa, which even includes Mormon missionaries getting robbed and car-jacked every single month. Do we ever hear about those incidents?

The truth is, the Mormon Hierarchy doesn't give a rat's ass how safe or unsafe an area is, because they don't care if you are raped, robbed or even killed.

After all, you work for Jesus, for "the one and only true church", so it's all good. In fact, it should be an honor to be raped for the Mormon church and Jesus, right?

Oh yeah, and it's actually a bad thing that these 2 sisters lived isn't it, at least according to Mormon "better off dead" teachings by the former Prophet Spencer W. Kimball? My statements are in quotes.

Kimball said:

"Also far-reaching is the effect of loss of chastity. Once given OR TAKEN OR STOLEN it can NEVER BE REGAINED.(NICE GUILT TRIP THERE!!) Even in forced contact such as rape or incest, the injured one is greatly outraged. IF SHE HAS NOT COOPERATED(can you believe that shit? SHE WAS RAPED DUMBASS!!) and contributed to the foul deed, she is of course in a MORE FAVORABLE position.(MORE FAVORABLE?) There is no condemnation where there is NO Voluntary participation. It is BETTER TO DIE in defending one's virtue than to LIVE HAVING LOST IT WITHOUT A STRUGGLE."(The Miracle of Forgiveness)

So there you go!! I sure hope these sisters struggled a lot and didn't "voluntarily participate." But the fact they lived, proves to Kimball, that they didn't struggle hard enough, because THEY DIDN'T DIE!! What a sick, twisted SOB!!

Here are some other statements on the Mormon teaching of "Better off dead", than immoral.

"I would rather have you come back in a pine box with your virtue than return alive without it." (Apostle Bruce R. McConkie, Mormon Doctrine-all editions, page 124)

Prophet David O. McKay is quoted in Kimball's book as follows:

" . . . Your virtue is worth more than your life. Please young folk, preserve your virtue EVEN IF YOU LOSE YOUR LIVES."

Prophet Heber J. Grant is also quoted in Kimball's book:

"...There is no true Latter-day Saint who would not rather BURY a son or daughter than to have him or her lose his or her chastity."

Now, I'd like to end this post with two quotes; the first one is from Molly Jolley, and then the 2nd one is just to remind everyone that Mormon Apostle M. Russell Ballard and the Mormon Hierarchy, don't give a shit if you die on your mission:

"Bad things happen everywhere and it's unfortunate. My heart goes out to those poor sisters and their families BUT THE WORK MUST GO ON."(Molly Jolley)

"This work will continue to go forward regardless of what happens, regardless of what the future may hold. If there are other missionaries THAT ARE HURT or other missionaries THAT ARE KILLED, IT WILL NOT STOP THIS WORK." (Apostle M. Russel Ballard)
